We will start off by thanking everyone that has emailed or sent private messages with information in regards to the activities of a person or persons using the name Tracey from NSW.

We can state as a matter of fact we have not heard of this person prior to hearing of and consequence reading of their deformation and slanderous posts on another forum, an abandoned domain site and a free hosted site. The abandoned domain site also displays a picture taken from our site without permission as clearly states is required on our web site. So without predigest to the pending court proceedings we can state the following on legal advice.

We have not heard of or know of this person or persons namely Tracey from NSW prior to the above aforementioned, we have not had any dealings with this person or persons namely Tracey from NSW, we have never spoken to this person or persons namely Tracey from NSW.

This is now a legal matter and will be handled by Mr. Barrie Goldsmith of Australian Defamation Lawyers

Court orders will be sort for the I.P address from the above mentioned sites as per the Defamation Act 2005 followed by summons to the defendant/s

We will be seeking an award of damages on multiple accounts but in a single sum.

It is unfortunate we must take this action but as an entirety we must protect our name.

Once court orders have been issued we will not settle out of court.

Hi everyone. Firstly thank you again for all the emails with information received over the last few days. We ask now that only new information is sent after the date of 28/10/2011 and please send screen shots which include the long URL. On legal advice we can without predigest give you the following public information. The person or persons know as “Tracey” from NSW operates the following web site, “Parrots Australia” the URL will not be posted as we do not recommend you visit the site. The site “Parrots Australia” appears to be a form of online selling of parakeets, a backyard dealer operation if you will. The site contains little or no information on bird species just a repetitive sales pitch and little or no birds for sale.

We have contacted a number of breeders around Australia including Parrot breeders and to date none have heard of this “Tracey” nor have any had dealings or purchased from this “Tracey” We are not aware nor have we any evidence any person has ever purchased a single bird from this “Tracey” likewise we have no evidence this person owns any birds or has ever bred any birds at any time. Further the photographs that appear may or may not be of legitimate ownership of this “Tracey” we have no evidence to confirm. We can confirm our Photograph of the Banded Pied Golden Pheasant (as posted by PeacockNSW) was taken from our gallery (Peacocks Australia Gallery) and posted on a domain site without permission and further the copyright notice was knowingly and deliberately removed therefore a premeditated act of copyright breach, as this is part of the court case evidence we cannot comment further. We can confirm the following Alias names are used by this “Tracey” but not limited to - peacock haven, gamebirds, peacock, fluffy feathers, and they are using our abbreviated name P.A on a very small hosted freeforum site owned by crowdgather and likely many more names....

The case will be heard in NSW so when we have a date we will post it as you may attend

To reiterate the FACTS:
We have not heard of or know of this person or persons namely Tracey from NSW prior to the above aforementioned slander attacks.
We have not had any dealings with this person or persons namely Tracey from NSW.
We have never spoken to this person or persons namely Tracey from NSW.
We have never purchased from or sold birds to this person or persons namely Tracey from NSW

Anymore information on this court case matter P.A.
It is amazing the lengths people are prepared go to for money.
Very expencive mistake in not doing research about sellers.
It is always better to buy from sellers that have a good reputation from other buyers.
Good luck with the outcome.

I have heard of this b-tch and her scummy family and she is hated by many in the parrots world hey

Stay away at all costs

And for very good reason, she's lower than a snakes belly and much more slimy and uglier.
