geese eggs

Does anyone use geese eggs for scrambled eggs? I have used them in cooking a few year back but they were very rich in flavor how would they taste as scrambled?

My daughter tried one boiled, too much white she said. I imagine it would be the same thing for scrambled too. Great for meringe I would think!

They can be tough if fried at too high a temp, they do have a considerable amount of white.
However as a scrambled egg it should mix in with the milk or cream and be OK.
A lot of egg product for specific dietary needs is predominantly white, very little yolk.
Give it a try and let us know, scrambled egg can be flavoured with parsley, chives, cheese and other things if you feel the natural flavour could be strong or not to your liking.
Many people have the notion if is is not a hen egg it is not edible, this is just not so.
Similar situation with milk, if it is not from a cow is is not for human consumption,goats, sheep,buffalo, horses, donkeys and ass's all give milk, all have/are used and are suitable for use.
It is just what we are used to, look outside the square, never know you may love it.

We use them only for cooking not for eating on there own

Hi everyone,
I have used goose eggs for scrambling,they are different but I quiet like them.I do add some parsley and pepper & salt.You don't need many,I used 3 for 2 people.

Well he was not a big fan of the scramble so no go in the future
