I will definitely be around and I am looking to start my stud again from reliable bloodlines. I am thinking that I am ready to try silver and cinnamon.

Have you bred any guinea already? the pieds are a good place to start with pearl and lavender

CinnGuinea

Yes I have breed Guineas for a few years. I have Pearl, Lavender and Pieds for both colours. I have thirty eight adult birds, nine keets and fourty six eggs in the incubator.

What I do not like about my current birds is I do not know the quality of the bloodline before it came to me.

I am hoping to be able to acquire P.A's bloodline or a bloodline from you, Ace or NightMare. I am also hoping to work with the colours Cinnamon, Silver and Pieds for the two colours as I am quite confident already working with Lavender and Pearl.

Another question but none of you would have Cinnamon, Silver, Lavender, Pearl or Pied Guinea Fowl for sale at all this year?

Ok thanks Ace I'll contact you around that time.

Also as I I have posted previously do you have any advice on the Bourbon mutation I might try and create? I'm thinking to use Bronze . Do we have Bronze in Australia? If not I would have to use Chocolate.

Regards
Rhys

Firstly forget about "Bronze" as they does not exist anywhere. As I have already pointed out the U-S give names to anything 1 shade lighter. The so called "Bronze" is a Purple with phenotype variation NOTHING MORE. So lets move on with your plan. You will have to start with the Chocolate mutation and introduce the Purple mutation from the first pairing then breed back [line breed] to out cross you only use Purple. Now PA has developed the Chocolate mutation and has early results of the Purple mutation [stunning] and Peeps also has a couple of similar Purples but not the exact same in phenotype. PA has got detailed information in AGFBG and pictures of all but its restricted access because of the trolls.

It is a shame you have strayed elsewhere, not much chance of any honest help with a new mutation when they cannot even accept the absolute facts and photo proof time and time again of white guinea fowl   so good luck with that its your time wasted.

Thanks for the advice and information Ace, especially about 'bronze'

As i have said elsewhere all i want to do is talk about poultry, pheasants,Guinea Fowl and Peafowl.
I mean no one offence when i talk on different forums. I also fully agree that this Guinea Fowl forum is the superior one and that White Guinea Fowl do exist, there are real Photos of your birds after all. Trust me i haven't strayed elsewhere.

Ace you mentioned earlier that you would be sending out invitations to AGFBG. Would you be able to send me an invitation? If not should i contact P.A and talk directly to him. I am defiantly not a troll.

I would like to think that breeders like yourself, P.A, CinnGuinea, PeepGuineaFowl and Nightmare are mentors to me :-D.

Honestly if i have a question about Guinea Fowl, pheasant or Peafowl this is always the first place i look or ask.

Regards
Rhys
