I am trying to get organised to attend with some birds in tow = can I set a reserve??
am thinking of taking some of my std Orpingtons in Crele [placed at 2010 Nats] and Cuckoo [Multi Nat Champ roo] and maybe some Black/White carrying Cuckoo hens to go with him
and a couple of pair of 'Romeo/Juliet' geese = yes the wrong breeds bonded

Sorry to take so long getting back to you but spent the weekend out at the Caulfield Racecourse Pet Expo.
Our bidding cards have a section to record your Reserve Price, and we encourage vendors to do so. We also encourage vendors to make their own envelope size informative signage describing their birdsand attaching these to their pens. After 12.30pm all auction/bidding is complete, and any vendor whos bird has not reached reserve can enter into any private treaty sale they may wish.
We are not able to pen large geese or turkeys, etc. but you may enter them in your own transporter cage on the grass outside for an "Item" charge of $3.00.
We charge no commission and buyers pay vendor direct. You can be on your way home by 1.00pm
